Initiation of Bro Hashim Ali at Naparima Lodge on 16 January 2020.
It was wonderful evening of fantastic ritual work and brotherly love at the festive board.
Visiting brethren from English, Scottish and Prince Hall constitutions came out in their numbers, with a head count of over 40 (members and visitors combined) present!
We were also treated by having RWB Dr. Ishmael Azim Hosein, IPDGM sit in the chair as WM and conduct the First Degree! As far as we could tell, that is the first time in the District’s history that an IPDGM has done work as a WM (subject to correction, of course.)
We were also treated to fantastic displays of ritual by Brethren who count their Masonic careers in decades; WB Rajcoomar, WB Sinanan, and WB Campbell.
A great evening, and we look forward to even more visitors in February at our installation! And yes..... Charlie’s famous black pudding will be there as well.
